I felt I must write to let you know what a fantastic job Sure Cote has done in the fight against mildew here in Panama City Beach. In the past mildew has been our biggest problem. Almost every week we have had to clean mildew off bathroom grout, shower curtains, vinyl drapes and all the vinyl furniture.

When Naude and Jean told us about your product we figured it would turn out like all the others. However, because they insisted, we agreed to try it.

During the week of May 1st, 1974, we removed the mildew from all bathroom grout, vinyl drapes, vinyl furniture, stoves and refrigerators by washing with Sure Cote. We were impressed with the way your product removed the mildew. As per your instructions we did not remove the Sure Cote but allowed it to dry on the surface. The shower curtains were so bad that we bought new ones and applied Sure Cote before hanging them up.

The results have been unbelievable, and we must admit that all your claims about Sure Cote are true. The grout was free of mildew for seven months instead of seven days. All the other surfaces, including the shower curtains, are still free of mildew after 20 months. This is just unheard of in our area.

Your product has saved us untold hours of labor and has kept our motel looking beautiful. Every motel owner needs to know about Sure Cote. If we can ever be of assistance to you, please let us know.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for eliminating the mold, mildew and musty odors from my home in Dunwoody. Prior to your contractors spraying the entire house with Sure Cote, my family was plagued by unexplained allergic reactions (i.e. dizziness, nausea, headaches, sinusitis, etc.). In spite of treatments by allergists, headache remedies, sinus medications, massage therapy, etc., we were unable to get well.

When I called you, it had gotten so bad that it was necessary to move my family into an apartment until something could be done. I really did not believe that your product Sure Cote would do the job, but I was desperate and decided to try it.

After moving back into the house, my daughter woke up the next morning without a headache for the first time in two years. My wife is now able to go into the basement without becoming dizzy. And, my sinuses did not act-up as usual, on a rainy day.

Thought I would drop you a note to tell you how I experimented with your product “Sure Cote”. I had to try the stuff myself, as smelling is believing.

We had an extremely musty smelling mattress folded up in a hide-a-bed in our basement. I sprayed the entire mattress with the SURE COTE & waited about 6 hours til I was sure it was dry. My husband gave it the official sniff test. I said, what do you smell? His reply, with his nose on the mattress, was – I don’t smell anything. Case closed, Those houseguest who have to sleep downstairs won’t have to spray the bed with air freshener.

I live on the shores of Lake Arrowhead, in the mountains of North Georgia. I also maintain my office at my residence. The lower level of my residence is basically one half under the ground surface. During the rainy season, the spring and summer, I encountered a serious mildew problem as well as an offensive musty odor and was advised that the only solution to this situation would be to remove the carpeting and padding, sealing the floor and the walls and replacing the carpeting.

Fortunately, at that time I learned of your product Sure-Cote. I visited your office and purchased a gallon. I then proceeded to clean the walls following with a coat of Sure-Cote I also completely sprayed the existing carpeting with a heavy coat of Sure-Cote. It has been a year since that time. I am very pleased to indicate to you that I have not encountered any further mildew and the musty odor has been completely eliminated.

Your product not only saved me a lot of effort but a significant amount of money as well.

I am now using Sure-Cote on the cushions of all of my outdoor furniture, I have also cleaned the furniture on my pontoon boat and applied Sure-Cote as a mildew preventative. To date I am very pleased with the results. The product is of the highest quality and a “real winner”.

Sincerest thanks for introducing me to your M-1 Deck and Roof Cleaner.

Spring1991 my 5 year old white asphalt roof was in an awful mildew mess. I applied M-1 (7-1 ratio) with a 3 gallon tank sprayer – waited about 1 hour – washed it down with a small electric power washer – Z-Z-Zam—like a new white asphalt roof without a blemish. To this day the roof does not have a mildew problem.

I’m a rose enthusiast – having some 600 plants in formal raised (brick) beds. Mildew was a problem on the bricks until I applied M-1 (7-1 ratio); now bricks are clean and like new. I have a brick driveway – 22’ x 60’, a stone patio 15’x30’ – applying M-1 once a year keeps them like new. A neighbor’s 4’x40’ Stone Mountain rock wall was black with mildew. M-1 was applied – result like new. I also used M-1 on (3) 2x8 boards of my redwood arbor in Spring 91. Today the three boards are much cleaner than the untreated.

M-1 has no ill effects on my roses, grass, or shrubs. M-1 is a superb product that every homeowner should use.

I wanted to write you a note pertaining to our Roof and Deck Cleaner. I purchased it to clean the roof of my home that was black with dirt and algae and the roof today looks like new. I used about 150 lbs. pressure and lost no granules.

Since that time, six months ago, we have cleaned driveways, wooden decks and fences, flagstone, brick and tile. Not only does it clean but leaves a nice sheen.

We are now using it to clean and restore cedar, redwood, and pine log homes, a field we will be expanding into early next year. The cleaner leaves the natural color of the wood unlike products that have a bleaching action.

We have never covered plants or shrubs and have had no damage at all.

We cut the concentrate 8 to 1 which makes it very economical to use.

I would like to tell you how pleased we are with your M-1 House Wash. In the boat business, as in any business, it is important for the products one sells to look the best they can. This includes being clean.

We began by buying small sample sizes six months ago. Now we have increased our order to cases at a time since we have found multiple applications for M-1 House Wash.

We have found your product to clean everything from the sink to the bilge. We use it to clean not only the hull of boats, but the teak and vinyl as well. I am writing in reference to your companys’ excellent product calle, “M-1 House Wash”. I operate my own painting and remodeling company, so I have also utilized your other well know and high quality products such as, “M-1 Mildew Additive, M-1 Latex Paint Remover”. A couple of weeks ago I saw your M-1 House Wash product at one of the local paint distributors. I looked the label over then asked one of the proprietors about it and his recommendation to utilize the product was beyond grandeur. So I bought a gallon and washed a house that had a heavy film of mildew on it. Inevitably this has to be the best product I’ve come across for this type of work in a long time. This product worked very well with a minimal amount of bleach to not only kill the heavy mildew but to also clean the chaulk and dirt off the wood. This washing agent did not have any adverse effects on the grass, bushes, or trees around the house either. I’m always looking for products that improve the quality of our work and are safe and relatively easy to use. I have all of those in this M-1 House Wash.

I don’t believe it. Your product, M-1 House Wash is absolutely amazing, and if I’d only know of its existence a bit sooner, I could have saved hundreds of dollars. When I think of all the money I’ve spent on other cleaners and deodorizers, I feel sick..and when I think of all the things I’ve thrown away because of their soiled appearance, I could scream! Your House Wash could have saved it all! I have never used a better cleaning product.

Let me tell you about my carpet. Upon moving into this house, I was horrified by the absolute filth of the carpeting. I don’t think it have EVER been cleaned…the blue bedroom carpeting was black in places, and I don’t even want to talk about the living room. Not only was it filthy, it literally reeked from the smell of cat pee. It was truly disgusting.

I tried everything to clean the mess…every carpet cleaner on the market, gallons of deodorizer, even a professional carpet cleaning service. Nothing worked. And then we decided to do some remodeling…

We went to the local building supply store to purchase building materials, and while there, I noticed your product on the shelf and decided to give it a try. When I got home, I mixed it according to directions, then, just for the hell of it, I sprayed some of the mixture onto the carpet and rubbed it in. I almost died. Within second, the dirt and the odor had completely disappeared and that one small section of carpet looked like new. I just sat there and stared.

The true test came when I sprayed the cleaner on the hopeless bedroom carpet…the filthiest, blackest spot in the room. It came clean. Totally, completely clean. Not a trace of dirt remained. I was shocked to see that the carpeting was actually blue and WHITE.

Today, the entire carpet has been cleaned with House Wash and I still don’t believe how great it looks. In fact, just recently someone said, Oh, I see you had the room recarpeted,” and when I said, “Nope, it’s the same carpet that was always here, “this person accused me of being a liar. It looks that good!

I want to commend you on making such a fine product and you can be sure I’ve told everyone about House Wash. I will remain a customer for life…I will never use another cleaner. Thanks for House Wash…it’s incredible!

Recently a cleaning crew consisting of myself, my wife, and my 16 year old son endeavored to take off a three year baked-on, build-up of pollen off of the canvas top of my pontoon boat. We had high hopes that we would be able to remove it, but we had no success in our earlier attempts. You see, the pollen had accumulated on the canvas top and over the course of three years, had become thoroughly baked on and proved to be impossible to remove with all of the grocery store cleaners, as well s the other cleaners I tried from the hardware store. I was desperate, but I was not convinced that nothing in the world would remove this pollen and dirt; it was just a matter of finding it.

Simple Green did not work, Breeze did not work, Fantastic did not work and a multitude of other products failed to make a dent. Imagine our surprise when we applied your House Wash, full strength onto the canvas and saw the accumulated build-up dissolve instantly and with only so much as a bare hand on the canvas, I was able to completely remove what proved to be the nemesis of so many other “cleaners.”

I don’t know what you have in that bottle, but don’t stop making it! Every once in a while, you run into a product that really works. Yours has proven to work completely as advertised.

I recently purchased your product M-1 House Wash at the local Sherwin-Williams store. I used it as directed for removal of mildew stains from my home. The results were outstanding. The process saved me many hours of work and a lot of elbow grease.

After this happy experience I decided to purchase some for use at the school. During my more than 20 years as principal we have never been able to satisfactorily clean plastic furniture of crayon, pencil and just plain dirt. I must say we were amazed at the ease with which M-1 House Wash allowed us to clean the plastic furniture. Our furniture has not looked this good since it was first purchased.
